| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市务工人员子弟学校小学生早餐行为现状,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法使用自编问卷,对整群抽取的北京市2所务工人员子弟学校一～六年级579名小学生进行调查。结果 68.7%的被调查者每天吃早餐,从不吃早餐者占5.4%;82.8%吃早餐者早餐的营养质量较差,营养充足者仅占0.8%;年级、父母早餐频率、对早餐重要性认识程度不同的被调查者早餐频率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论北京市外来务工人员子弟学校小学生不常吃早餐、从不吃早餐现象大量存在,吃早餐者早餐卫生难保障,食物营养结构不合理。
