| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸联用红外线治疗面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取112例面瘫患者,随机分为观察组57例,对照组55例,观察组采用针刺配合红外线疗法,对照组采用普通针刺疗法,每日1次,10次为1个疗程。治疗4个疗程后进行疗效评定。结果观察组临床痊愈37例,显效16例,有效4例,治愈和显效率91.6%;对照组临床痊愈26例,显效13例,有效16例,治愈和显效率71.5%,组间差异有显著性（P〈0.01）。结论针刺配合红外线治疗面瘫疗效确切,优于单纯普通针刺疗法,可在临床推广应用。
