| 摘 要： | 目的了解徐州市区青年学生艾滋病知识、态度及行为情况,为学校开展预防艾滋病健康教育提供参考依据。方法运用随机整群抽样方法,采用自行设计问卷对徐州市区1所大学、2所职业中专的1 136名在校学生进行横断面问卷调查。结果被调查学生艾滋病相关知识的平均答对率83.80%,大学组与职专组差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.65,P>0.05)。19.35%的学生有过性行为,其中65.55%的学生首次性行为使用了安全套。最近1年内52.31%的学生接受过艾滋病预防宣传,44.90%的学生参加过预防艾滋病宣传服务。结论青年时期是健康性行为发展的重要时期,应加强对青少年预防艾滋病、远离毒品等方面的教育。
