| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年糖尿病合并高血压患者与同龄健康者血脂之间的关系。方法以160例60岁以上糖尿病合并高血压患者和120例同龄段健康对照者为研究对象,清晨空腹采集血清标本进行血脂检测,并对两组检测结果进行统计和比较。结果老年糖尿病合并高血压患者胆固醇（CHO）、甘油三脂（TG）、低密度脂蛋白（LDL）与正常对照组相比有显著性差异（P〈0.01）,高密度脂蛋白（HDL）与正常对照组无明显差异（P〉0.05）。结论糖尿病合并高血压患者血脂含量明显升高,其中CHO、TG、LDL升高明显.提示糖尿病合并高血压患者,在控制血糖和血压的同时,应对高脂血症进行相应的降脂治疗,因此血脂检测对老年糖尿病合并高血压患者的诊治具有重要意义。
