800名女大学生月经状况调查

目的了解女大学生月经现状，为开展高校女性健康保健工作提供依据。方法采用自编调查问卷，对浙江农林大学不同年级，不同专业的800名女大学生进行问卷调查。结果月经初潮年龄在12～16岁的占86．5％，痛经者占75％，月经认知度较低，经期伴随症状发生率较高，学生最常采取的缓解方式为喝红糖姜茶和敷热水袋，而服用过中药或中成药者占20．38％，西药则占15．88％，女大学生非健康促进行为诱发痛经。结论针对女大学生的月经现状，学校应加强开展相关的健康教育，促进健康行为的形成，提高自我健康管理意识和能力。

Investigation on menstruation of 800 female college students
