| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法对75岁以上42例高龄股骨转子间骨折患者采用人工股骨头置换术治疗,观察患者的手术时间、出血量、Harris髋关节评分和并发症发生率。结果本组42例患者随访10～48个月,平均手术时间75分钟,出血量100～400 ml,术后Harris髋关节评分85分。有2例股深静脉血栓形成。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄患者的股骨转子间骨折,髋关节功能恢复好,出血量少,手术时间短,能早期下床负重活动,可避免长期卧床引起的褥疮、肺部感染等严重并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Semi-hip joint replacement on elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods The experience of treatment was retrospectively summarized with long stem bipolar femur prosthetic replacement to the elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.The affection of the operation time and the Harris score on the recovery of hip joint function were analyzed.Results 42 cases were followed up ranged from 10 months to 48 months.The average operation time was 75 ... |
