| 摘 要： | 目的分析女飞行学员的人格特征和心理健康水平,为有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和卡氏16种人格因素测验(16PF)测量工具,对随机抽样的各年级飞行学员进行人格特征和心理健康水平的测试。结果女飞行学员与男飞行学员相比较,在人际关系、焦虑、偏执、恐怖、总分及其他方面得分高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敏感性、世故性、实验性和自律性人格因素方面得分较男飞行学员高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女飞行学员的心理健康水平低于男飞行学员的心理健康水平,女飞行学员的个性特征总体优于男飞行学员。
