腹腔镜辅Dixon术行超低直肠癌切除保肛手术的临床效果分析

目的 探讨使用腹腔镜辅助Dixo术进行超低位直肠癌切除保肛手术的临床效果.方法 将我院2009年1月至2011年7月收治的超低位直肠癌选择保肛手术患者随机分为2组,对照组患者给予Dixon术治疗,实验组患者给予腹腔镜辅Dixon术治疗,比较2组患者的治疗效果和手术后患者并发症的发生率.结果 实验组患者手术中出血量少,患者住院时间短,其尿管留置时间短,术后肠道功能恢复较早,与对照组患者比较有显著差异,P＜0.05,差异有统计学意义.结论 采用腹腔镜辅Dixon术行超低直肠癌切除保肛手术具有较好的效果,患者手术后并发症少,值得在临床应用.

Clinical Analysis of Laparoscopic with Dixon Technique to Ultra-low rectal Excision and Anal Surgery

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic-assisted Dixon technique to ultralow rectal cancer resection surgery.Methods The ultra-low rectal cancer anal sphincter preservation surgery patients from January 2009 to July 2011 were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated with Dixon in the treatment,the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic auxiliary Dixon.Compared the incidence and complications of two group’s patients after surgery.Results the experimental group blood loss less,shorter in hospital stay,shorter indwelling catheter time,postoperative recovery of bowel function earlier,compared with the control groupt,P0.05,statistically significant differences.Conclusion The laparoscopic-assisted Dixon technique line ultra-low rectal carcinoma sphincter preserving surgery have better effect,fewer post-operative complications,it worth clinical applications.
