精神分裂症患者康复综合干预分析

目的 研究综合干预对恢复期精神分裂症患者的康复作用.方法 将300例恢复期住院精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各150例,观察组进行为期3个月的综合干预,对照组患者不做任何干预.采用住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表,简明精神病量表,焦虑自评量表,自评抑郁量表进行评定.结果 干预前观察组与对照组各量表评分总分及各因子分得分差值间差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预3个月末观察组住院精神病人各量表评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 对精神分裂症患者进行综合干预治疗效果较好,有利于病人提高社会适应能力,早日康复.

The Analysis of Patients with Schizophrenia in Recovery by Comprehensive Intervention

Objective The paper researches the effect of patients with schizophrenia in recovery by comprehensive intervention.Methods 300 patients were divided into observation group and control group,observation group,a 3-month intervention and control patients without any intervention.Psychiatric in-patient recovery affects Rating Scale,Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale,anxiety,self--rating scale,self--rating depression scale assessment.Results Before the intervention, the observation group and control group,scale score total score and factor score difference between the difference was not statistically; significant （P〉0.05）.3 months after the intervention, the scale score of the observed group of hospitalized mental patients were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion Treatment is effective in the treatment of patients with schizophrenia by comprehensive intervention.Thus it helps patients improve social adaptability and a speedy recovery.
