老年住院患者中药汤剂服用情况调查

目的调查分析老年住院患者服用中药汤剂的情况,为传统中药更好的应用于临床提供依据。方法跟踪调查2010年1～12月我中心老年住院患者服用中药汤剂的情况,对其服用情况进行统计分析。结果中药汤剂服用率与患者年龄之间呈线性变化趋势。患者服药最短3d,最长接近1年。消化系统疾病患者服用中药的比例最高,占50.98%。内分泌系统疾病患者服用中药的比例最低,占8.33%。结论年龄愈高的患者对中药治疗的接受度愈高,以消化系统和呼吸系统疾病患者服用中药的比例最高。

The Epidemiology Survy of Elderly Patients by Traditional Chinese Medicine Treated in Hospitaly

Objective To analysis the traditional Chinese medicine of elderly patients in clinical application,made better used.Methods Tracked and investigated the Chinese traditional medicine of elderly patients treated from 2010 January to December 2010 in our hospital,analysis the used statistical.Results The linear change trend between the use rate of Chinese medicine and patients age.The short time of patients taked was 3 days,the longest near 1 years.Digestive department taked Chinese traditional medicine was highest proportion,accounted for 50.98%.Endocrine department taked Chinese traditional medicine was the lowest proportion,accounted for 8.33%.Conclusion The older patients of traditional Chinese medicine therapy to accept higher degrees,the Chinese traditional medicine which maximum used in the digestive and respiratory department.
