人工髋关节置换术治疗髋股骨头坏死临床分析

目的 分析人工髋关节置换术治疗髋股骨头坏死的临床效果.方法 对我院近年收治的62例股骨头坏死的患者进行髋关节置换手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 患者手术均顺利完成,术后恢复情况良好,髋关节活动能力基本恢复,能够进行正常的活动.结论 通过严格的术前综合评估,合适的假体选择和固定方法,人工髋关节置换术治疗晚期股骨头坏死,效果明显,能够减少病患痛苦,维持正常运动.

Clinical analysis of total hip arthroplasty for hip femoral head necrosis

Objective To analyze the clinical results of total hip arthroplasty for femoral head necrosis. Methods Clinical data of 62 cases of femoral head necrosis in patients admitted to our hospital in recent years. Results The patients with surgery were successfully completed, a good postoperative recovery, the hip activity recovered to normal activities. Conclu- sion Rreatment of advanced osteonecrosis had obvious effect, be able to reduce patients＇ pain and maintenance of normal movement.
