海洛因依赖者人格特征与事件相关电位P_(300)的相关性分析

目的:探讨海洛因依赖者的人格特征与事件相关电位P300的相关性。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对31例海洛因依赖者和33例正常对照进行人格测定,并用意大利GalileoSirius32导脑诱发电位仪检测事件相关电位P300。结果:与对照组比较,海洛因依赖者E量表分低(t=-2·227,P=0·030);N量表分高(t=2·644,P=0·010);潜伏期N1短(t=-2·113,P=0·039);潜伏期P3长(t=2·453,P=0·017)。海洛因依赖者的P量表与潜伏期P3呈正相关(r=0·302,P=0·049);E量表与潜伏期P2、波幅P2呈负相关(r=-0·358,P=0·024;r=-0·367,P=0·021);N量表与潜伏期N1、N2、波幅P3呈负相关(r=-0·528,P=0·001;r=-0·302,P=0·049;r=-0·328,P=0·036)以及与潜伏期P3呈正相关(r=0·332,P=0·034)。结论:本研究表明海洛因依赖者具有内倾、情绪不稳定、神经质的人格特征,并且与其事件相关电位P300存在一定关联。

ANALYSIS OF THE CORRELATION BETWEEN EVENT RELATED POTENTIALS P300 AND THE PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS OF HEROIN DEPENDENT PATIENTS

Objective: To investigate the correlation between event related potentials P_ 300 and the personality characteristics of heroin dependant patients. Methods: Thirty one heroin dependent patients(observed group) and 33 normal (control group) were evaluated using Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ). The P_ 300 in the observed group and normal group were determined with Galileo Sirius 32 channels evoked potential system. Results: Compared with the control, the E scale scores of EPQ in the observed group were significantly lower (t=-2.227, P=0.030), the N scale scores were remarkably higher (t=2.644, P=0.010); the latency N1 was significantly shorter (t=-2.113, P=0.039); the latency P3 was remarkably longer (t=2.453, P=0.017). The P scale scores of EPQ in heroin dependent patients was positively related to latency P3(r=0.302, P=0.049); the E scale scores were negatively related to wave P2 latency and amplitude(r=-0.358, P=0.024; r=-0.367, P=0.021); the N scale scores were negatively related to latency N1, N2, amplitude P3 (r=-0.528, P=0.001; r=-0.302, P=0.049; r=-0.328, P=0.036) and positively related to latency P3 (r=0.332, P=0.034). Conclusion: Heroin dependent patients have introversive, emotional unstable, nervous personality characteristics, which may be related to their subcomponent of event related potentials P_300 .
