以腓动脉皮支为蒂小腿外侧皮瓣修复软组织缺损

目的：报道以带腓动脉皮支为蒂小腿外侧皮瓣修复小腿及足部软组织缺损的于术方法。方法：1994年5月至2004年7月，采用以腓动脉皮支为蒂的小腿外侧皮瓣修复小腿、踝部软组织缺损32例．进行回础性分析，总结该手术方法的手术要点。结果：本组32例皮瓣全部成活，其中3例受区为骨髓炎溃疡创面，皮瓣远端边缘有1．0～1．5cm范围坏死，经换药伤口愈合。结论：以腓动脉皮支为蒂的小腿外侧皮瓣修复邻近部位软组织缺损，具有手术创伤较小，时间短，成功率高等优点，是一种安全有效的手术方法。

Repair of soft tissue defection by ectocnemial skin flap pedicled with cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery

Objective:To discuss the operative method to repair soft tissue defection by ectocnemial skin flap pedicled with cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery. Methods:From May 1994 to July 2004,32 patients with soft tissue defection were treated by ectocnemial skin flap pedicled with cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery. Retrospective analysis was performed to summarize the main points of this operative method. Results:The flaps of all 32 cases survived. In 3 cases with osteomyelitis ulcer,necrosis appeared on the distal edges of flaps(range from 1.0cm~1.5cm) and then healed up gradually through dressing change. Conclusions:The ectocnemial skin flap pedicled with cutaneous branches of the peroneal artery has advantages of less trauma,shorter operative time and higher success rate in repairing soft tissue defection. It is a kind of safe and valid operative method.
