| 摘 要： | 目的:观察补肾活血中药对SD大鼠慢性高眼压(elevated intraocular pressure,EIOP)模型视网膜神经节细胞凋亡相关基因Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法:采用烙闭上巩膜静脉法,制作大鼠慢性EIOP模型,随机分为模型对照组,补肾活血高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,空白对照组。连续灌胃8周,并于8周末处死大鼠,观察其对EIOP大鼠视网膜神经节细胞(retinal ganglion cells,RGCs)凋亡基因的影响。结果:补肾活血中药可上调大鼠EIOP视网膜神经节细胞抗凋亡基因Bcl-2、抑制凋亡促进基因Bax。结论:补肾活血中药可调控大鼠EIOP视网膜神经节细胞凋亡基因的表达。
