2005～2007年我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药性分析

目的：了解我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药情况，为临床合理应用提供参考。方法：收集我院2005～2007年抗菌药物使用资料，并对用药频度、销售金额、药品用量以及检出细菌耐药的变化情况进行分析。结果：我院抗菌药物用药频度（DDDs）变化较大，注射用左氧氟沙星使用明显上升。头孢哌酮钠／舒巴坦钠使用明显下降，抗菌药物销售金额逐年下降，2006年比2005年下降了0.4％，2007年比2006年下降了7．72％。检出的细菌有一些变化，且细菌耐药情况越来越严重。结论：抗菌药物使用合理性有一定的改善，但仍需进一步提高。

Analysis of Use of Antibacterials and Bacterial Drug Resistance between 2005 and 2007

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibacterials and the bacterial drug resistance so as to provide evidence for rational use of antibacterials. METHODS ： The data about the use of antimicrobials between 2005 and 2007 were collected for analysis of DDDs, consumption sum, consumption amount, and the change in bacterial drug resistance. RESULTS： DDDs of antibacterials showed a great change, with that of Levofloxacin for injecting witnessed a marked increase, but that of Cefoperazone/Sulbactam a marked decrease. The consumption sum of antibacterials decreased year by year, down 0.4% and 7.72% in 2006 and 2007, respectively over their respective previous year. The bacterial drug resistance became increasingly serious. CONCLUSION： The use of antibacterials tends to be more rational than before, but it remains to be improved further.
