| 摘 要： | 目的 通过联合检测患者血清恶性肿瘤将异性生长因子（TSGF）和肿瘤糖抗原-199（CA199），探讨其在诊断和指导术后化疗的临床意义。方法 采用试剂盒对临床诊断为胃癌的患者术前检测血清TF45F和CA199。结果 有无淋巴结转移组血清TSGF和CA199阳性表达率不同，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。TSGF在不同肿瘤侵犯深度的阳性表达的差异具有显著性。结论 TSGF在促进胃癌生长和淋巴结转移中起着重要的作用。TSGF、CA-199联合检测，可提高对患者肿瘤淋巴结转移的诊断。可以相互补充、相互印证。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinic significance of detecting the TSGF and CA199 in the diagnosis and therapeutic efficiency in patients with gastric cancer.Methods Serum levels of TSGF and CA199 were determined by biochemical colorimetry in 76 patients with pathological confirmed gastric cancer.Results The positive rate of TSGF and CA199 were higher in cases with lymph node metastasis than that without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).and parallel use of TSGF and CA199 had higher sensitivity and postitive predictive value in evaluating lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer than use of only one of them.Conclusions The expression of TSGF and CA199 is correlated with progression and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer,so TSGF and CA199 may be used as a hopeful marker for predicting the lymph node metastastic potential of gastric cancer. |
