利多卡因对大鼠胃电和胃运动的影响

摘    要:在体和离体,观察了利多卡因对大鼠胃电和胃运动的影响。在整体实验中,用不锈钢双极电极引导胃电,用橡皮囊换能器法记录胃的运动;在离体实验中,用银丝吸附电极引导胃电,以应变规法记录胃的运动。结果表明,利多卡因对在体和离体胃的电活动和运动均有兴奋效应。此效应不受溴化六甲双铵和阿托品的影响。提示,利多卡因对胃电和胃运动的兴奋效应是对胃平滑肌的直接作用,与神经无关。

Abstract:The effects of lidocaine on gastric electrical and mechanical activities were studied in rats, in vivo and in vitro. The electrical activity was leaded by bipolar electrode in vivo, and by suction electrode in vitro. Gastric motility was recorded by bolloontransducer and straingauge. The results illustrated that lidocaine presents excitaory effect on the gastric electrical activity and the gastric motility. The excitatory effect of lidocaine can not be changed by pretreatment of hexamethonium bromide and atropine. This report suggests that lidocaine has the direct action on the gastric smooth muscles.
