雷公藤抗生育成分的分离与生物测定

摘    要:动物实验表明,卫矛科植物雷公藤粗提物的有效组分雷公藤多甙(GTW)可致雄性大鼠产生可逆性不育。因溶剂提取法分离雷公藤多甙片发现,所得到的水溶性部分含有抗生育活性成分。我们通过系统分组分离与生物测定结合的方法,采用反相高效液相色谱技术,对该水溶性部分进一步分离,以甲醇/乙腈/水为溶剂进行梯度洗朊,从中分得两个具有抗生育活性的单体,经光谱分析鉴定,分别为雷公藤乙素和雷醇内脂,两者均属二萜类化合物。

Abstract:The multiglycosides of Tripterygium wil-fordii (GTW),a crude extract of the Chineseherbal medicine Tripterygium wilfordii,causedreversible infertility in male rats. Bioassaywith sub-fractionation methods has been car-ried out on extracts of GTW. Two con-stituents of the plant with male antifertilityactivily have been isolated in pure form bypreparative HPLC using reverse phase col-umn. The structures of the two compoundswere identified on the basis of MMR and MSdata and were found to be tripdiolide and trip-tolidenol, respectively.
