康复新液联合射频治疗宫颈糜烂临床疗效观察

目的观察康复新液联合射频治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效。方法将2009年11月～2011年11月间在中化二建集团医院妇科门诊就诊,有明显临床症状如腰酸腰困、白带增多、有接触性出血等,自愿接受射频治疗的中、重度宫颈糜烂患者120例随机分为两组,治疗组在射频治疗术后以康复新液带线棉球填塞阴道,紧贴宫颈;对照组行射频治疗术后不用药物。结果治疗组术后阴道排液量及出血量均较对照组少,阴道排液时间及出血时间均较对照组短,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组术后4周总有效率高于对照组,术后8周治愈率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液对射频治疗后宫颈糜烂愈合起促进作用,能够显著减少阴道排液、出血,缩短阴道排液及出血时间,未见明显不良反应,值得临床推广。

Observation of Clinical Efficacy on Cervical Erosion Treated with Kang- fuxin Solution and Radiofrequency Ablation

Objective To observe the efficacy on cervical erosion treated with kangfuxin solution and radiofrequency ablation （RFA）. Methods From November 2009 to November 2011,120 cases were col- lected from the Gynecology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Sinochem Second Construction Group, with apparent clinical symptoms such as soreness and heaviness of lumbar region, increased vaginal discharge and contactive bleeding. They suffered from middle - degree and serious degree cervical erosion and received vol- untarily RFA. They were randomized into two groups. In the treatment group, after RFA, the vaginal filling was given with kangfuxin solution soaked thread cotton, tightly attached to the cervix. In the control group, RFA was applied without medication supplemented. Results The vaginal drainage volume and bleeding amount after operation in the treatment group were less than those in the control group. The time of vaginal drainage and bleeding was shorter than that in the control group, indicating the statistically significant difference in comparison（P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate in 4 weeks after operation in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The curative rate in 8 weeks after operation was higher than that in the control group,indicating the statistically significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Kangfuxin solution promotes the healing of cervical erosion after RFA. It reduces significantly vaginal drainage volume and bleeding amount and shortens the time of vaginal drainage and bleeding. The apparent adverse reaction is not discovered. This theranv deserves to be nromoted in clinic.
