鼻内镜下筛前神经阻断联合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎疗效观察

目的观察鼻内镜下筛前神经阻断术联合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎的远期疗效。方法将108例变应性鼻炎随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组54例。治疗组给予鼻内镜下筛前神经阻断术联合穴位贴敷治疗,对照组给予糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂喷鼻及盐酸西替利嗪片口服。分别于治疗后3个月、24个月观察疗效。结果两组患者治疗3个月、24个月后症状积分与治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗24个月后的症状积分、临床疗效与治疗3月后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗3个月后治疗组症状积分、临床疗效与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗24个月后治疗组症状积分、临床疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论鼻内镜下筛前神经阻断术联合穴位贴敷治疗变应性鼻炎具有较好的远期疗效。

Clinical Observation of the Efficacy on Allergic Rhinitis Treated with Nasal Endoscopic Anterior Ethmoid Nerve Block and Acupoint Application

Objective To observe the long - term efficacy on perennial allergic rhinitis treated with nasal endoscopic anterior ethmoid nerve block and acupoint application. Methods One hundred and eight cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 54 cases in each group. In the treatment group, the nasal endoscopic anterior ethmoid nerve block and acupoint applica- tion were used in combination. In the control, mometasone furoate nasal spray and cetirizine hydrochloride ta- bles for oral administration were applied. The efficacy was observed in 3 months and 24 months after treat- ment separately. Results The symptom scores in 3 months and 24 months of treatment were different signifi- cantly for the patients in the two groups as compared with those before treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy in 24 months of treatment were different significantly as compared with those in 3 months of treatment in the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy in 3 months of treatment in the treatment were not different significantly as compared with those in the control group （P 〉 0.05 ）. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy in 24 months of treatment in the treatment were different sig- nificantly as compared with those in the control group（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The nasal endoscopic anterior ethmoid nerve block and acupoint application achieve the long- term efficacy on perennial allergic rhinitis.
