| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法 对 1 1眼翼状胬肉实施板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术。结果 手术均获成功 ,术后平均随访 1年 ,移植未发生排斥反应 ,无复发。结论 板层角膜联合角膜缘上皮移植术治疗翼状胬肉具有较好的疗效

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical effect of lamellar keratoplasty and corneal epithelium implantation on pterygium.Methods Lamellar keratoplasty combined with corneal epithelium implantation was performed in treatment of pterygium in 11 eyes.Results All the operations were successful and with average one year follow up survey after operation,there was no reject reaction and recurrence.Conclusion Lamellar keratoplasty combined with corneal epithelium implantation has a good therapeutic effect on pterygium. |
