| 摘 要： | 目的评价X线、螺旋CT和双能X线骨密度测量仪对拔牙窝骨密度的测量.方法利用实验动物狗在拔牙后不同时期的下颌骨拔牙窝,分别进行X线、螺旋CT及双能X线骨密度测量仪对骨密度测量,再和组织切片相对比.结果X线、螺旋CT及双能X线骨密度测量仪与组织切片均有相关性;螺旋CT及双能X线骨密度仪测量数值较X线片对于骨密度变化敏感.结论螺旋CT是临床上较为理想的反映骨密度变化的工具.

| Abstract: | Objective Judge of the X-ray, the spiral CT and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry to measure the bone mineral density of teeth extraction socket. Methods make use of the X-ray, spiral CT and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry to measure the bone mineral density of dog's teeth extraction socket in different periods and compared with histopathologic. Results the results of the X-ray, the spiral CT and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry are relativity with the histopathologic. And the results of the spiral CT and dual energy X-ray absorptiometry is more sensitivity of the change of the bone density than the X-ray. Conclusions the spiral CT is ideal tool for reflect the change of the bone density in clinic. |
