| 摘 要： | 目的 分析慢性前列腺炎患者的心理状况,为临床针对性的心理护理提供心理学依据。方法 对62例慢性前列腺炎患者采用症状自评量表、爱森克个性问卷(EPQ)测量分析其心身症状和个性特征及其相关性。结果 77.42％慢性前列腺炎患者存在不同程度的心理问题,阳性因子由高到低是焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、恐怖、精神病性,且与病程相关。EPQ中神经质维度与SCL-90各项因子呈正相关,均P<0.01。结论 重视慢性前列腺炎患者的心理状况对疾病的影响,针对不同状况的患者采取相应的心理护理,以利于疾病的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze psychological states of patients with chronic prostatitis so as to build up a psychological base for clinical psychological nursing. Methods The psychological and physical states of 62 patients with chronic prostatitis were assessed by SCL-90. Their characters were evaluated with EPQ, their correlations analyzed. Results 77.42% of prostatitis patients had mental problems in varying degrees: The positive factors were ranked in the sequence of anxiety, depression, somatization, horror and psychosis, correlated with disease course. The dimension of nervosity in EPQ was positively correlated with all factors in SCL-90 (P< 0.01). Conclusion The effects of psychological states of patients with prostatitis on the disease should be attached great importance to and corresponding mental nursing measures should be taken based on different patient's states for the benefits of disease healing. |
