健康教育对提高慢性乙型肝炎患者治疗依从性的研究

目的探讨健康教育对提高慢性乙型肝炎（chronicviralhepatitisB，CHB）患者治疗依从性的影响。方法将86例CHB患者随机分为实验组和对照组各43例，实验组采用建立病历档案、面对面个体教育、发送健康教育手册、电话随访与咨询等形式进行针对性的院内外全程跟踪教育，对照组按传统方法进行教育；采用自行设计的调查表评价两组患者教育前后的疾病知识水平和教育后治疗依从性的差异。结果实验组患者乙肝知识知晓率为90．70％，对照组为48．84％，实验组明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；实验组治疗依从率为93．02％，对照组为76．74％，实验组明显优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论健康教育可提高患者的疾病认知水平，从而提高其治疗依从性和防治效果。

Health Education Improves the Treatment Compliance of Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Infection

Objective To discuss the effect of health education in improving the treatment compliance of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB) infection.Methods Eighty-six outpatients with CHB were evenly randomized into the experimental and control group.Patients in the experimental group were given health education by setting up patients history record,face-to-face individual instruction,delivering healthy educational pamphlet,telephone followup and consultation inside and outside hospitals.Patients in the control group were given conventional health education.The CHB knowledge and treatment compliance were compared between the 2 groups before and after health education.Results The mastery rate of HB knowledge in the experimental group(90.70%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(48.84%,P<0.01).The patients in experimental group(93.02%) also had a better treatment compliance than those in the control group(76.74%,P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can improve CHB knowledge of patients and improve patients' therapeutic compliance and treatment outcome.
