| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内支架成形术治疗左锁骨下动脉起始部狭窄的方法。方法采用经股动脉入路双导丝技术行血管内支架成形术,治疗左锁骨下动脉起始部狭窄。结果 6例患者的导引导管稳定性好,支架定位准确,支架置入均获成功。结论双导丝技术血管内支架成形术是治疗左锁骨下动脉起始部狭窄的有效方法,能够增加导引导管的稳定性,确保支架定位的准确性。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of endovascular stent in patients with left subclavian artery stenosis.Methods Using the dual-wire technology of endovascular stent punctured through femoral artery to treat the ministry of the left subclavian artery stenosis.Results Six patients received the endovascular stenting treatment.The treatment is successful with high stability of guiding catheter and accurate positioning of stent.Conclusions Double guide wire technique of endovascular stent is one met... |
