| 摘 要： | 目的寻求检查病案首页数据质量的工具,提升工作效率。方法统计室人员利用PowerBuilder开发工具,编写程序,准确、快速和有效地查纠病案首页错误信息。结果通过五年的具体实践,在首页基本信息、三日日确诊率、抢救成功率、临床与病理诊断符合率、平均术前住院日、院内感染率等医疗指标质量均得到全面提升。结论利用PowerBuilder工具终末核查病案首页数据,既快捷简便,又事半功倍,大幅度地提升工作效率。
