医技科室绩效管理的现状

摘    要:越来越多医技科室开始实施绩效管理,"以病人为中心"成为医技科室绩效管理的基本理念。关键业绩指标法和平衡计分卡法是最常用的绩效评估方法 ,工作重点集中在确定科室目标、岗位评估、绩效考核标准建立、绩效测量评估等方面。绩效管理实施过程中存在一些问题,包括科室职能不清、职工岗位目标认识不足、奖励强度不足、从设计到实施均有难度等。改善绩效管理效果要从提高员工素质,增进员工与科室目标的一致性,合理使用绩效评估手段等方面入手。
