| 摘 要： | 分析原有门诊输液流程存在的问题,其中护士收药、打印输液卡是最大的瓶颈,提出了由医生打印输液卡的改造方案,同时对输液流程中如处方的录入、HIS与排队系统的接口等应该注意的细节进行了详细描述。对改进后的效果进行了分析,患者就诊到输液整体环节减少一个,节约时间40分钟左右。

| Abstract: | To analyze existing problems about outpatient infusion process.Nurses receiving drugs,printing infusion card is the biggest bottleneck.Making reform projects which printing infusion cards by doctors.Describing prescription entry,interfaces of HIS and queuing system in detail.The effect of the improvement is analyzed.It can be saving 40 minutes when reducing a link from doctors' office visiting to infusion. |
