28例医疗纠纷鉴定结论分析

目的通过对28例医疗纠纷鉴定结论的分析,查找医疗纠纷的成因,寻求解决纠纷途径,减少纠纷的发生,维护医患双方的权益。方法按发生科室、纠纷成因、鉴定结果、过失原因进行分类分析,找出纠纷发生的深层次原因。结果骨科、妇产科为纠纷高发科室,主要是病历记录不完善、医务人员责任心不强、医疗技术水平局限及不规范使用抗生素。结论应强化病案质量意识、规范病历书写,严格各项制度的监管与落实,加强医患之间的沟通,提高医疗护理的技术水平。
