| 摘 要： | 动脉粥样硬化性血管狭窄或闭塞是后循环脑梗死的主要病因之一。对后循环脑梗死患者进行血管检查,有助于明确病因及发病机制,对制定临床治疗策略有重要指导意义。本文综述了不同影像学检查方法在评估后循环血管状况方面的临床价值及研究进展。

| Abstract: | Atherosclerotic stenosis or blocking is one of the major causes of posterior circulation cerebral infarction.Cerebral artery imaging is not only useful to definite cause and pathogenesis of posterior circulation cerebral infarct,but also to guide the therapeutic strategy.This article reviews the clinical values and advances of different imaging methods in evaluating posterior circulation blood vessel. |
