| 摘 要： | 病案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,病案也是处理医疗纠纷的重要依据,如何搞好医患关系、处理好因病案存在问题所引发的医疗矛盾和医疗纠纷,和谐医患关系是当前病案管理人员应该值得思考的问题。创新管理方式,变革服务理念,改进病案管理流程,为患者及家属提供病案管理中的优质服务项目,从而达到医患和谐、社会和谐。
