死亡证明书中根本死因的质量分析

目的讨论如何正确选择根本死因,提高死因填报的准确性。方法统计分析我院2008至2010年668例死亡病例《居民死亡医学证明书》中根本死亡原因的填报。结果根本死因填报正确率为8.38%,错误率为91.62%。其中各种衰竭出现率最高,其次为症状或体征。其中各种衰竭出现率最高其次为症状或体征。结论根本死亡原因应是导致死亡的原发疾病,死亡医学证明书的填写应遵循疾病的发展变化从以前到现在依次填写。根本死亡原因的填报,直接影响死因信息的质量。应加强宣传培训,对填报质量进行检查,以达到正确选择根本死亡原因,提高死亡证明书的信息质量。
