部队离休老干部864例死亡病例分析

目的探讨部队综合性医院离休老干部的死亡特征。方法对某部队综合性医院干部病房住院的864例离休老干部死亡病例,进行死亡年龄、系统疾病和季节规律等分析。结果 （1）部队离休老干部的死亡年龄段最高为80岁~85岁（32.29%）;（2）死于恶性肿瘤的比例最大,占总死亡人数的38.70%（334/864）;（3）死亡疾病排序依次为呼吸系统、消化系统、心血管系统、脑血管疾病及泌尿系统疾病;（4）冬季和春季是老年人的死亡高峰期。结论部队综合性医院离休老干部多因恶性肿瘤和肺部感染而死于冬春季节。

Analysis of 864 Death Cases of the Army Retired Veteran Cadres
