| 摘 要： | 探讨子宫肌瘤患者行子宫动脉栓塞术后下肢深静脉血栓的预防及护理措施。因该手术术后下肢制动非常严格,故术前做好充分准备,加强护患沟通,做好心理护理,采取预防措施;术后监测生命体征,严格肢体制动与及早活动,严密观察下肢周径有无变化,认真听取患者主诉,采取有效措施,对于预防子宫动脉栓塞术后下肢深静脉血栓的发生至关重要。

| Abstract: | To discuss the preventive and nursing measures of of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in hysteromyoma patients with after interventional therapy.Intensive and careful nursing measures included communication between nurses and patients,sufficient preoperative preparation,mental nursing,preventive measure,postoperative monitoring of vital signs,strict limb immobilization,introduce of early motion,and dynamic determination of lower limb circumference were taken,and the preventative effect was observed and analyzed.Intensive nursing and preventative measures taken exerted a good preventative effect on lower limb deep venous thrombosis in hysteromyoma patients with after interventional therapy.Intensive nursing and preventative measures are conductive to the prevention of lower limb deep venous thrombosis in hysteromyoma patients with after interventional therapy. |
