| 摘 要： | ①目的 观察螺旋藻对双歧杆菌体外生长的促进作用。②方法 在营养贫瘠的培养液中添加不同剂量的螺旋藻，用活菌计数的方法测定不同种双歧杆菌在其中的生长量。③结果 螺旋藻对双歧杆菌的生长有明显的促进作用，但是存在着浓度依赖性和种间差异。④结论 螺旋藻可应用于微生态治疗，也可作为双歧杆菌培养液的营养成分。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of Spirulina platensis on promoting the growth of Bifidobacteria in vitro. Methods\ S.platensis with different doses was added to poor media,the living number of Bifidobacteria was detected by means of counting colonies of Bifidobacteria.\ Results\ The living number of Bifidobacteria increased markedly with the effect of S.platensis. There was a significant relationship between dosage and efficiency of S.platensis concentration with the growth of Bifidobacteria.\ Conclusion\ S.platensis could be applied to the microecological treatment for patients and served as the supplemental nutrition of the selected media for Bifidobacteria. |
