健脾润肺法治疗小儿外感后久咳临床研究

目的评价具有健脾润肺功效的中药煎剂治疗小儿外感后久咳的临床疗效,为中医治疗小儿久咳提供新的思路。方法选取40例2岁到18岁的外感后久咳患儿为研究对象,随机分为两组,治疗组20例用健脾润肺中药煎剂治疗,对照组20例用惠菲宁口服液治疗。结果健脾润肺中药煎剂治疗组总有效率高于惠菲宁对照组,在减少患儿咳嗽发生频率,增强体质,增进食欲等方面具有显著的优越性。治疗前,治疗组和对照组患儿症状体征无显著性差异(P>0.05),治疗后治疗组症状体征的改善明显优于对照组。结论健脾润肺法是治疗小儿久咳的有效方法。

Clinical Research of Invigorating Spleen and Moistening Lung Therapy on the Treatiment of Child Chronic Cough After Exogenous Attack

Objective To estimate the therapeutic effect of invigorating spleen and moistening lung decoction on treating child chronic cough.It will give new means on the treatment of child chronic cough.Methods 40 patients with chronic cough between 2 and 18 years of age were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients of treatment group took invigorating spleen and moistening lung decoction and that of control group Robitussin.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher that ofthe control group.The treatment group had noticeable superiority in decreasing cough frequency,strengthening constitution,improving appetite.There was not significant difference in symptoms and signs between the patients of the treatment group and the control group before therapy(P>0.05),but the treatment groups had an advantage of the control group in the improvement of symptoms and signs.Conclusion Invigorating and moistening lung therapy was effective in treating child chronic cough.
