鼠神经生长因子治疗重症病毒性脑炎77例临床分析

目的：探讨鼠神经生长因子在治疗重症病毒性脑炎中的作用和安全性。方法：我院2010年1月～2014年12月共收治77例重症病毒性脑炎患儿，在对症治疗，支持治疗基础上给予鼠神经生长因子治疗，本组患儿设为观察组；将2010年1月前常规治疗的50例患儿作为对照组，比较两组治疗效果和不良反应。结果：观察组治愈45例，显效20例，总有效率为84.42%，患儿惊厥平均消失时间为（2.4±0.5）d，平均意识恢复时间为（4.5±1.2）d，平均肢体肌力恢复时间为（5.3±1.2）d，平均锥体束征消失时间（3.3±1.0）d。与对照组比较（P＜0.05）。观察组77例患儿在治疗过程中出现3例轻微皮疹，不良反应发生率为3.90%，与对照组比较（P＞0.05）。结论：鼠神经生长因子有助于提高重症病毒性脑炎的疗效，缩短病程，安全性较好。

Clinical analysis of mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis in 77 cases

Objective: growth and safety factor in the treatment of severe viral encephalitis in rats. Methods: in our hospital in 2010 January ~2014 year in December were treated 77 cases of severe viral encephalitis in children, in the symptomatic treatment, give the mouse nerve growth factor treatment support treatment on the basis of this group for the observation group, 50 cases in 2010 January before the routine treatment as control group, compared two groups of curative effect and adverse reaction. Results: in the observation group, 45 cases were cured, 20 cases markedly effective, the total effective rate was 84.42%, the average disappearance time of convulsion(2.4±0.5) d, the average recovery time was(4.5±1.2) d, the average recovery of limb muscle strength time was(5.3±1.2) d, average pyramidal signs disappeared time(3.3±1) d. Compared with the control group(P<0.05). The observation group of 77 cases in the treatment of mild skin rash occurred in 3 patients, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 3.90%, compared with the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: the rat nerve growth factor is helpful to improve the curative effect, shorten the course of disease in patients with severe viral encephalitis, good safety.
