摘    要:目的:研究云实皮抗炎活性部位的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术分离纯化,根据理化性质及波普数据鉴定结构。结果:从云实皮的醇提物活性部位分离得到9个化合物,结构鉴定为:(±)原苏木素B(1),东莨菪亭-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯-1-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3),(1’R,3’S,5’R,8’S,2Z,4E)-二氢红花菜豆酸-3’-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(4),(1’R,3’S,5’R,8’S,2E,4E)-二氢红花菜豆酸-3’-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(5),甘草素(6),异莨菪亭(7),7-羟基-3-(4’-羟基亚苄基)-色原-4-酮(8),3-去氧苏木查尔酮(9)。结论:化合物2~5,7为首次从该属植物中分离得到,6,8为首次从云实中分离的到。
