俄罗斯列车脱轨事件的医学救援及启示

介绍俄罗斯“涅夫斯基”列车脱轨事件的基本情况和医学救援情况。结合我国实际，提出列车事故医学救援：①加强平时准备，包括建立救援预案、进行技术培训、保障急救药材和构建救治体系；②统一指挥，多部¨协作；③统一医疗文件，包括文件的形式、内容与管理，以保障伤员救治及时合理；④加强现场急救，力争实现与院内救治的尤缝链接；⑤实施立体后送，尤其要重视列车和空运后送。

Implications of the medical assistance extended to the Russian train derailment incident

Analyzing the medical assistance extended to the train derailment in Russian, a medieal rescue plan pinpointed for railroad accident is proposed based on our own realistic conditions as follows： （1）Constantly remaining and enhancing preparation, including the rescue plan setup, training, creating the structure beforehand for the rescue and logistics; （2） Efficient management method- centralized command in conjunction with the coordination efforts of all pertinent units; （3） Unifying all the medical files, including furm of the files, contents, managing/handling the files, to ensure to provide prompt treatment to the wounded;（4） Enhancing the ability of field first aid in order to achieve a seamless link with in-hospital treatment afterwards; （5） Implementing of the three-dimensional evacuation with evacuating by train and air in particular.
