| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法将101例病例随机分成两组。对照组50例，西药迪皿片治疗；治疗组51例采用中西医结合疗法予以迪皿片配合自拟方养阴消风汤治疗。结果治疗4周后，治疗组总有效率为90．2％；对照组总有效率为72．0％；两组总有效率比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。治疗结束后3个月，痊愈病例中治疗组复发率为9．76％，对照组中复发率为30．0％，两组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹可提高疗效，减少复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effecy of TCMcombined with western medicine in treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods 101 cases were randomly divided into two group:control group with Dimin Table(tn = 50);treatment group with Dimin Tablet(n=51)and YangY- inXiaoFeng Decoction.
