摘    要:目的]为确保北京2008年第29届奥运会期间食品卫生安全,为食品卫生监督提供依据。方法]按国家相关卫生标准对8大类食品进行卫生学检测。结果]8大类食品共470件,合格425件,合格率为90.4%。结论]8类食品中非发酵豆制品污染严重,建议卫生监督部门加强食品卫生的监督,减少食源性疾患的发生。

Abstract:Objective] To guarantee the food health security in 2008 Olympic Games period, so as to provide the basis of food surveillance. Methods] 8 kinds of foods were detected by the hygiene examination according to the national hygienic standard. Results] 8 kinds of 470 pieces of food were tesed, 425 pieces were eligibility with the qualified rate of 90.4%. Conclusion] The pollution of non-fermented bean products is serious.
