| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝细胞癌血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）和有丝分裂抑制因子（p57kip2）表达特征及其在肝细胞癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测63例肝癌组织、癌旁组织和20例良性肝病组织中VEGF和p57kip2表达。结果肝癌组织中VEGF及p57kip2表达均与癌组织分化程度无关;VEGF高表达者生存期明显短于低表达者,p57kip2高表达者存活期明显长于低表达者;P均〈0.05。p57kip2表达与VEGF表达呈负相关（rs＇=-0.272 5,P=0.030 7）。结论 VEGF和p57kip2可能参与了肝细胞癌生长过程的调控,与肝细胞癌的发生发展及自然病程有关。
