胸痹消颗粒治疗冠心病临床疗效观察

目的观察胸痹消颗粒治疗冠心病患者的疗效。方法将108例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用胸痹消颗粒治疗,对照组采用冠心生脉丸治疗。一个月为一疗程,一个月后观察两组患者治疗前后心电图的变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为91.46%,对照组总有效率为84.62%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论胸痹消颗粒治疗冠心病,具有益气温阳、活血化瘀、通脉止痛之疗效,且安全无副作用,为胸痹证患者提供了有效的治疗手段。

Clinical effect observation of Xiongbixiao Granules to treat coronary heart disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiongbixiao Granules to treat coronary heart disease.Methods 108 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group were treated by Xiongbixiao Granules,control group were treated by Guanxin Shengmai Pills.A course of treatment was one month,changes of ECG were observed after one month in patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,total effective rate of treatment group was 89.2%,the total effective rate of control group was 74.6%,Two groups had significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The Xiongbixiao Granules had effect of Supplement Qi and Warming Yang,activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis,promoting blood circulation and odynolysis to treat coronary heart disease,and was safe without side effects,it can provide effective treatment for patients.
