吗替麦考酚酯对重型颅脑损伤兔血清ABAb水平的影响

摘    要:目的观察吗替麦考酚酯(MMF)对重型颅脑损伤大白兔血清抗脑抗体(ABAb)水平的影响,并探讨其意义。方法将16只大白兔随机分为观察组和对照组,各8只。两组均以液压打击法建立重症颅脑损伤模型,观察组造模后经胃管注人MMF1mg/kg,对照组经胃管注入等量生理盐水,1次/d,连用3周。分别于造模前2d及造模后3、7、14、21、28d耳缘静脉取血,采用ELISA法检测血清中的ABAb。结果两组大白兔造模后各时点血清ABAb水平均较建立前明显升高,P均〈0.05;观察组造模后7d达峰值(9.1ns/na),对照组3d达峰值(13.6ng/m1),两组峰值比较,P〈0.05。结论在颅脑损伤早期应用MMF治疗可降低血清ABAb水平,延迟其峰值出现时间。

Abstract:Objective To observe the influence of mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) on serum antibrain-antibody level in traumatic brain injury rabbit,and explore its significance. Methods 16 rabbits were divided into the trial group and control group, 8 rabbits each. Traumatic brain injury model was established by fluid percussion. The rabbits in trial group were feeded MMF through the tummy duct in the coop after fluid percussion( lmg/kg,QOD × 3 weeks)and the control group was feeded sodium chloride. The two groups were phlebotomized blood 4 ml through the ear fringe vein 0,3,7,14,21,28 d after injury , the serum levels of ABAb were tested by ELISA. Results The levels of serum ABAb were significantly higher than nature,P 〈0.05 ;the peak value of trial group appeared in 7th day(9.1 ng/ml) ,but the peak value of control group ap- peared in 3rd day( 13.6 ng/ml), the peak value of trial group appeared lower than control group,P 〈0.05. Conclusion MMF can reduce the level of serum ABAb, and delay the peak in early of traumatic brain injury,
