| 摘 要： | 目的研究外感风寒颗粒中葛根素的定量分析方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱:Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水-甲醇(8:86:6);流速:1 mL.min-1,检测波长:250 nm。结果葛根素在36.192~84.448μg.mL-1浓度范围内(r=0.999 8)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为0.8%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于外感风寒颗粒的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of puerarin in Waiganfenghan Granules by RP-HPLC.Methods The determination was carried out by Kromasil C18 column.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water-menthol（8：86：6）.The flow rate was 1 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 250 nm.Results The linear range of puerarin was 50～100 μg·mL-1（r=0.999 6） and the average recovery was 97.3%,with the RSD was 1.13%（n=6）.Conclution The method was simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for the determination of puerarin in Waiganfenghan Granules. |
