亚甲蓝和纳米炭对子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结的识别价值

目的探讨亚甲蓝和纳米炭混悬注射液作为淋巴示踪剂对子宫内膜癌前哨淋巴结（SLN）的识别价值。方法选择接受手术治疗的临床Ⅰ、Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者34例，随机分为丽组。术中分别将亚甲蓝和纳米炭混悬注射液分多点注射于子宫浆膜下，追踪识别最先染色的淋巴结为SLN，随后行子宫切除及盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结果亚甲蓝组18例检出SLN者13例，共计47枚，其发现率为72％；SLN活检准确率为100％，假阴性率为0；有2例发生淋巴结转移，皆有SLN显示。纳米碳混悬液组16例检出SLN者12例，共计46枚，其发现率为75％；SLN活检准确率为1000％，假阴性率为0；有1例发生淋巴结转移，且有SLN显示。两组以上检查结果比较均无统计学差异（P均〉0．05）。未发现与本研究相关的损伤及不良反应。结论应用亚甲蓝、纳米碳混悬液在子宫内膜癌术中进行SLN识别均具有可行性。

Sentinel lymph node indentification with methylene blue and activated carbon particles in endometrial cancer
