Abstract: | Lithium can have toxic effects on the central nervous system that are both acute and chronic. Uncommonly, a long-lasting cerebellar syndrome follows acute toxicity. The mechanism of cerebellar injury is not well understood. We present 3 cases of this syndrome, with video demonstrating the typical features of this syndrome. |
