| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点和手术问题。方法 对我院 1996～ 1999年经手术治疗的 6 6例高龄急性胆囊炎的临床表现及治疗进行了回顾性分析。结果 6 6例中治愈 6 2例 ,好转 3例 ,死亡 1例。术后切口感染、电解质紊乱、肺感染并发症高达 9 1%～ 10 6 %。结论 高龄人对急性胆囊炎手术一般都能耐受 ,早期手术及防治术后并发症可降低死亡率 |

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and problem of senile acute cholecystitis (SAC). Methods The clinical manifestations and treatment of 66 cases of SAC from 1996 to 1999 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 62 of 66 cases were cured, 3 cases turned better and 1 died. The complications of incision infection, electrolure disorder and lung infection were 9.1～10.6%. Conclusion The senile patient might have tolerance for SAC operation and early operation and prevention of complication might decrease the mortality. |
