新式剖宫产术的探讨

目的　探讨新式剖宫产术的优点。方法　随机抽取同期 14 8例足月妊娠具有手术指征的孕妇分为三组 ,分别采用新式、子宫下段及腹膜外三种方法进行剖宫产手术 ,对手术时间、出血量、术后恢复情况、伤口愈合情况、术后病率等情况进行对比观察。结果　新式剖宫产分别与子宫下段剖宫产、腹膜外剖宫产相比 ,在手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间方面均有明显差异 (p <0 .0 1) ,术后使用镇痛药有差异 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,新生儿评分比较无差异 (p >0 .0 5 ) ,术后伤口愈合良好。结论　新式剖宫产具有手术时间短 ,损伤小 ,术中出血少 ,术后疼痛轻 ,肠功能恢复快及术后粘连少 ,术后起床早 ,伤口愈合快 ,缩短拆线时间及住院天数 ,疤痕细小美观等优点 ,值得推广应用。

To study the new mode cesarean section

Objective To study the prominent merit of new mode cesarean section(CS).Methods 148 pregnant women with operating indications were randomly divided into three groups: new mode, extraperitoneal and lower segmental CS was performed respectively. The duration of operation, bleeding volume, postoperative recovery,wound healing and morbidity after operation were compared.Results It showed significant difference in the duration of operation, bleeding volume and breaking wind between the new mode and the extraperitoneal CS(p<0.01),and also the lower segmental CS(p<0.01).The new mode CS showed significant in using analgesic compared with the later 2 types(p<0.05). It has no difference between the new mode and the extraperitoneal CS about the neonate Apgars(p>0.05). It showed welling about the incision by the new mode.Conclusions We find the new mode CS better with the shorter operative period,less damage and bleeding,little pain,faster functional restoration about the bowel,few accretion, earlier to get up after operation,better healing of the incision, shorter the time to take out stitches and stay in the hospital, the scar small and beautiful outlook. The new mode cesarean section is worthy to be universally used in clinic.
