驻云南部队干部心理健康状况影响因素研究

目的探讨驻云南部队干部心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法随机整群抽取驻云南部队干部99人，采用：军人心理健康量表、军人情景特质应对方式量表和军人职业压力量表进行测评，并对军人职业压力、年龄、民族、文化等因素进行相关分析。结果云南部队干部的心理健康状况与军人职业压力存在显著的相关性。云南部队干部与年龄、军龄、民族、文化等因素的多元逐步回归分析结果显示，军龄、年龄及民族与心理健康状况成负相关，文化程度与心理健康状况成正相关。结论云南部队干部的心理健康状况呈现出其特殊性，应以不同的方式对待。

The Influence Factors on the Mental Health of the Military Officers in Yunnan Province

Objective To study the mental health status of the military officers in Yunnan Province and the influence factors. Methods 99 military officers in Yunnan Province were randomly selected and were tested with the Mental Health Scale, the Different - scence Coping Style Scale and the Occupational Stress Scale, all the 3 scales were especially for the military ; correlative analysis was made to such factors as the occupational stress, age, years of military service, nation and educatiion. Results There existed an obvious correlation between the mental health status of the military officers in Yunnan Province and their occupational stress ; the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that the years of military service, age and nation were in negative correla- tion with mental health status while the education degree was in positive correlation with mental health status. Conclusions The mental health status of the military officers in Yunnan Province is of special features and should be coped with correlatively.
